After an extensive selection process, Landworks Studio’s entry for the Xian-International Cultural Commercial District was selected as the winning proposal by the CR LAND development group.

The project is located along the Xian City Axis and will provide access to a new commercial center featuring an iconic tourist attraction and mall as well as an office building, residential tower, hotel, and transit station. The central design theme unfurls throughout the site, enlivening the area to create a landmark destination within the ancient city.

Landworks Studio will be working with Heatherwick Studio and KPF. Design kicks off this week!

位于西安天坛与电视塔的城市轴线交会点上，华润国际文化商业中心具有商场、办公、住宅、酒店、地铁站、市政景点等复合性功能，并同时需要与华润周边的商场、办公、住宅做整合，使此区不但成为城市的重要景点，也符合周边居民使用。
