Renshan Park is the latest in a series of publicly accessible spaces created by Pao Huei which stand as precursors to the future development on those sites. Rather than fencing off large parcels of land awaiting future development and working with various public agencies, the Pao Huei Company has a long and elegant history of committing significant resources to the introduction of interim landscapes and other amenity spaces for adjacent neighborhoods. Designed, constructed and maintained by Pao Huei, these extensive investitures of resources into the neighborhoods demonstrate to the local community and general public the value and commitment to public realm that underscores the work of Pao Huei within the urban fabric of Taichung, Taiwan.
