Great, Mid-Century Bones: 83 North Street Building ‘Existing Conditions’ Analysis
(Summer 2018)
The team has been working incredibly diligently identifying what of the existing building should be protected and rejuvenated and those areas of the structure that, due to deterioration, need to be removed and/or rebuilt. The goal has been to retain as much as possible of the figure of this building within the context of the local urban fabric as it is representative of an undervalued layer of urbanism within the cord of the rich history of the City of Salem.
