The Kane Company is seeking to redevelop the Mersen industrial and office park to be a multi-family residential complex and office buildings. New corridors to the river and riverfront pier improvements will enable the complex residents and neighborhood to gain access to the river, which is currently very limited. Landworks Studio is designing these cuts through and around the existing building as well as the residential, street and waterfront development.
